Service Description
A gentle, no-obligation call to help you gain clarity around what you’re experiencing and whether trauma-informed hypnotherapy feels right for you. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. This call is not therapy — just a calm first step.
Cancellation Policy
Align · Elevate · Evolve At Clarity Jane Therapy, all plans are delivered using a trauma-informed, client-centred approach, meaning sessions are always guided by safety, consent, and your individual needs. Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing a plan. 1. What the Plans Include Each plan (Align, Elevate, and Evolve) includes: • A set number of trauma-informed hypnotherapy / RTT sessions • Sessions tailored to your goals and emotional capacity • Support delivered at a pace that feels safe and appropriate for you Plans are designed to support deeper and more lasting change than single sessions. 2. Free Clarity Call Before starting any plan, you are encouraged to book a free Clarity Call. This call allows us to: • Explore what you’re experiencing • Answer any questions you may have • Ensure trauma-informed hypnotherapy is the right fit for you There is no obligation to proceed after this call. 3. Session Scheduling & Validity • Sessions must be used within the timeframe stated at purchase • Sessions are booked in advance and spaced to support safe integration • If you need to pause due to personal circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss options Unused sessions outside the validity period may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted as used • This policy is in place to honour both therapeutic boundaries and availability If you are experiencing distress or an emergency, please reach out as soon as you are able. 5. Refunds & Plan Commitment Due to the nature of therapeutic work: • Plans are non-refundable once started • This reflects the time, preparation, and professional commitment involved If you feel unsure, a single session or Clarity Call is recommended before committing to a plan. 6. Upgrading to a Plan If you begin with a single session and decide to move into Align, Elevate, or Evolve: • The cost of your single session may be deducted from the plan price (if upgraded within an agreed timeframe) Please discuss this during or after your session. 7. Trauma-Informed Boundaries • Sessions are not a substitute for emergency or crisis care • I do not diagnose or treat medical or psychiatric conditions • If additional or alternative support is neede
