What is Hypnosis?


Hypnosis, special psychological state with certain characteristics , resembling sleep only all the while the individual is at a level of awareness other than the ordinary conscious state. Similar to daydreaming or being in gross in a good book or movie. In this state you have managed to connect to the subconscious part that works all the time in the background of the brain as s the conscious part that you use when you take action takes a step back. For instance you don't have to worry about a breath because subconsciously you do it naturally with very little thought or effort however when you pay attention to the breath and take a deep breath in and out that's done consciously.

It is very important that the individual is aware that even though they may be under hypnosis they are still somewhat conscious and are still very much in control it's more like being guided through the process by a therapist who is there simply to help you navigate your way through your thoughts and emotions in order to get a sense of what the real underlying problem is.

That's the limiting beliefs that are causing you to feel stuck not good enough . There is something in your subconscious mind that is trying to protect you or redirect you.
